About Me
I’m wrapping up my Master of Fine Arts program at the University of California Riverside— Palm Desert Campus, where I’m completing my sixth college degree before I am twenty-three. My focus has been the creation and completion of my first novel which is set to go out to agents this year. Graduating from the University of Advancing Technology (UAT) in August of 2009, I earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Multimedia—with a focus in game design, but that was only my fifth degree. Pushing myself since I graduated high school in the top twenty of my class, I earned four associate degrees from Mount San Jacinto Community College in May 2007: Humanities, Liberal Arts, Math & Science, and in Social & Behavioral Science.
Beyond my educational background, I am originally from California where, through the AVID program, I was trained as a math tutor to my fellow high school students. During my time at UAT, I also worked as a tutor for my peers at the university. Even now I am working as a high school tutor through Tucson, Arizona’s Pima Community College. When not working or attending classes, I enjoy more personal writing projects, reading, playing sports, photography (mostly through Adobe Photoshop) and working on collaborative writing projects.
